IMPORTANT INFORMATION
LETTERS ARE SENT OUT COLLECTIVELY IN THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH = the day you pay is not the day your letter is sent out! <3
If you are moving, send me a mail to contact@lossius.no with the new correct address. changing address in your user settings does NOT change anything on my end. That is just for easier checkout for future orders.
You are responsible for making sure the shipping address and name is correct when first signing up.
PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH SHIPPING, ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR NORWEGIAN ORDERS. & ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
note! we are sadly not shipping to USA or any EU countries due to the tariff and PPWR regulations. We hope this will be sorted!
